Extended support to Society
for Elimination of Rural Poverty in its World Bank supported District
Poverty Initiatives Project (in AP) and AP Rural Poverty Reduction
Project (spread over 864 mandals and coastal fishermen villages - 80%
of rural Andhra Pradesh – with outreach of at least 31 lakh families)
((Feb’01-Jan’04) through Mr. G Muralidhar as its State Project Adviser
(Livelihoods) with responsibilities for managing the Livelihoods
Framework (for poor) and Rs 1,200 crore Community Investment Fund (CIF)
including the Environment Management Framework).

Poverty Reduction Project including the studies related to it
